Health Care in 2018: What's Next?

Improve care for individual patients, improve the health of populations and reduce per capita health care costs — those are the three goals the Triple Aim, a landmark article proposed in 2008 to reform the U.S. health care system.

A decade later, how are we doing as a nation and a region? And what does the future of health care look like? These are the questions experts and leaders will address during an all-day forum, examining the health care industry from many perspectives.
